Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@maakgear.com with your order number.

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered fulfillment or shipped. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed off to the carrier, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, the order may be handled under our return policy, if eligible.

If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow standard processing time for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered for pre-order before they are available to ship. Pre-order items are charged at the time the order is placed, which reserves your place in line for the product.

Estimated ship dates for pre-order products are provided in good faith based on the latest production and logistics information available to us. However, pre-order timelines may change due to manufacturing, certification, freight, customs, or other supply chain factors.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers updated if there are significant changes to the estimated shipping timeline.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the order has entered fulfillment or shipped. To cancel a pre-order, contact us at hello@maakgear.com with your order number.

Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our standard return policy, if eligible.

Orders Containing Both In-Stock and Pre-Order Items

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated or arranged with our team. If you need available items shipped separately, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Changes to Pre-Order Availability

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a pre-order due to product availability, production changes, or other unforeseen issues. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a refund for the affected item.
