Return Policy

MAAK accepts returns for orders within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be in unused condition, in its original packaging. Returns are only accepted for orders placed on the MAAK website. For orders from other retailers, please contact them directly.

Accepted returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving and processing the returned order. The refund will include the value of the returned item and sales tax however original shipping fees cannot be refunded. Additionally, a return and restocking fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund. If the return is due to a shipping error or defective product, MAAK will offer a full refund of all shipping costs and cover return shipping. Shipping labels will be provided for all accepted returns.

Items marked as final sale are ineligible to return or exchange.

International Returns

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available at this time. The best way to exchange an item is to return your the item you want to exchange and place a new order.
