Order Processing

We strive to ship all in stock orders the same day if placed by 10am PST. If placed after, Orders may require +1 business days to process and ship. Orders placed on Fridays or holidays also may also not be processed until the next business day. 

If your order contains a backordered or pre-ordered item, all items on your order will be held to ship together. If you would like to receive available orders earlier, please email support@maakgear.com with your order number. Depending on shipping rates MAAK will provide a quote for an extra shipping charge.

Please note during peak season (typically holidays and limited promotions), orders may experience longer shipping times.

For Standard Shipments to All US States, Territories, and Overseas Bases, MAAK mainly uses UPS Ground when possible. In some instances, such as UPS not serving your address, we also use FedEx and USPS for shipments. All orders ship from Santa Barbara, CA. Delivery times can vary from 1-5 Days from shipment, depending on your location in relation to our warehouse.

International Shipping

All International Orders placed on our site are shipped from Santa Barbara, CA. We utilize UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, dependent on what is best for the delivery location. 

We are constantly working to assure smooth transit to all customers worldwide, and ship orders with duties and taxes prepaid (DDP). This should mean for most destinations, there should be no added tax or duties that are not listed. However, with the volatility of tariffs and the diversity of customs regulations, this cannot be guaranteed. 

We currently offer international shipping to a variety of countries, however there are many countries we are unable to deliver to due to unreliable shipping service. Please refer to the list below of countries we are unable to ship to.

We offer economy and express options on our site. The cost for both will be calculated upon checkout.
